Walnut Street Journal’s New Podcast - Coming Soon
The Walnut Street Journal, Wharton Women’s very own blog, will be coming out with its first podcast project in the next few weeks.
The new initiative, titled Wharton Women Locust Talks, will cover a multitude of business and Penn-related topics that hope to inspire and educate the greater community about issues that affect us all.
Conversations will be held with admission officers, MBA students, faculty, alumni, undergraduates, and other Penn affiliates to shed light on current events, happenings, and other news within the Penn community. With the hope to evoke thoughtful dialogue and encourage questions about Penn and our community, the podcast will focus on expanding perspectives.
Stay on the lookout for the first podcast episode, a conversation with the Senior Associate Dean and Deputy Director of Admissions on advice, challenges, and thoughts on the college admissions process.
Podcast conversations will be recorded in-person in Penn’s Kelly Writers House and listeners can listen to podcasts on the Wharton Women Website, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and any other outlet where podcasts can be found.
While this initiative is new, the Walnut Street Journal is excited to expand their reach and spearhead Wharton Women Locust Talks as a resource for fellow Wharton Women and the greater university community.
If you have a story or speaker idea you’d like to share, feel free to reach out to any Wharton Women Walnut Street Journal member or Eunice Chong at chonge@wharton.upenn.edu.
