On-Campus Recruiting Series
The On-Campus Recruiting Series helps women and underrepresented gender identities develop the skills they need to prepare for the working world. Events are aimed at helping students grow, make valuable additions to their professional networks, and explore their business interests.
Fellows Program
The Wharton Women Fellows Program is an interactive and productive initiative to engage our General Body Members in the extraordinary WW community. Throughout the semester, Fellows attend bimonthly meetings, collaborate with their peers to create a workshop to be presented to the whole club at the end of the semester, participate in meaningful programming to prepare for work and life-responsibilities, receive mentorship opportunities from upperclassmen, and create a network of supportive peers.
Industry Insiders
Our Industry Insiders Speaker series works with Penn Alumnae to shed light on underrepresented industries at Penn.
Membership march
Membership March is Wharton Women’s way of showing our appreciation and love for our amazing members. This is a great opportunity to get to know other Wharton Women members in your class while attending fun events.
First-Year Buddies Mixer
First-Year Buddies is a program that matches freshman and transfer students with upperclassmen mentors. Through this program, we hope to encourage long-lasting connections between members of Wharton Women.
Saturday skills
Saturday Skills Workshops help Wharton Women members build valuable personal finance and career-based skills that will help them navigate college and post-graduate life.
