Evolve

2022 Spring Circles GBM

The Evolve Committee aims to address issues of intersectionality, equity, and diversity in the workplace through speaker events, presenting to different groups on campus, and hosting discussion groups. The committee is responsible for planning and organizing the annual Voices of Diversity (VOD) conference, Wharton Women’s newest cornerstone event, which hosts important conversations regarding intersectionality and entrepreneurship as women and underrepresented gender identities. Committee members also collaborate to spearhead new events, panels, workshops, and initiatives to educate others about financial, racial, gender, and disability equality in the workplace.
