Wharton Women Business Conference

WWBC 2023

The Wharton Women Business Conference is our biggest event of the spring semester. Learn from high-profile women leaders in business as they share experiences and advice gained during their careers. Previous keynote speakers have included Kat Cole (President and COO of Focus Brands, former CEO of Cinnabon), Deborah Fine (CCO of Modell’s Sporting Goods & former CEO of Victoria’s Secret PINK), and Michelle Kelly (EVP of Brand Distribution, Marketing, & Merchandising at Lilly Pulitzer). There will also be a panel featuring women from a variety of industries, including retail, finance, entertainment, and tech. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, a LinkedIn photoshoot, goodie bags, and an afternoon mingling with the speakers and fellow Wharton Women members!

2024 Committee

Su Ah Kim

Su Ah Kim (Class of 2026) is from Monterey, CA and is concentrating in Finance and Healthcare Management. She joined Wharton Women her freshmen fall and served as a member of the Pro-Bono Consulting committee, where she helped provide recommendations to a Philly-based women nonprofit seeking greater grant funding. She then served as the 2023 VP of Membership Development where she successfully increased membership engagement by bringing innovation to Wharton Women’s traditions and maintaining balance between pre-professional and social events. In just over a year, Wharton Women has provided Su Ah with valuable relationships and experiences which she will treasure throughout her time at Penn and beyond, and she is incredibly grateful to take on a new role and see what this year has in store for Wharton Women. Outside of Wharton Women, Su Ah is a member of the Wharton Undergraduate Healthcare Club, Penn Student Government, Renewal College Fellowship, and a WH1010 TA. In her free time, she enjoys watching sunsets, running outdoors, and exploring new food scenes. Feel free to reach out with any questions to suahkim1@wharton.upenn.edu
